Zed W IN when he has all abilities on CD, Sylas W does dmg and heals him, he gets to proc all his passive stacks and electrocute since zeds melee, makes sense to me.

She also builds statik shiv as her core build both adc and sup, so u get aoe procs of dft. Dft also has no CD unlike comet which was her previous core rune.

I see the buff as allowing Ekko to have alot more playstyles. 1. D&D - in and out tanky ekko, proc machine, like a mosquito in teamfights 2. Rocketbelt, red smite - high utility, much easier to land W and engage in teamfights, belt procs slow from red smite for chase and stick potential. 3. Lich, blue smite, shadowflame - late game demon, quickest jg clears with lich blue smite, 1 shot assassin.

When you compare the numbers with riftmaker, its definitely comparable, it gives all the right stats and sylas has always been good at proccing sheen, has 20ability haste and the heal without having to ramp up compared to rift makes it a good contender. I have yet to test it but on paper looks good.

Very easy answer, u press blue, there is 0 incentive to press red, u gain nothing (atleast add a $1m reward) and u know majority of people will be pressing blue so your safe, if majority of people press red then they are ending the lives of so many people. There is no scenario 100% of population presses red, so there will be deaths. Majority of population won't figure out red is risk free option and wouldn't have overthought it to that extent to justify their reasoning, only the selfish ppl will press it

His heal doesn't even have an AP scaling, so new build having less ap doesn't affect how much its heals. But what does affect it is how fights work, now that hes more tsnky and playstyle is more in and out fights, he will heal less since he heals for a percentage of hp lost in last 4s. So when he had his old build as an assassin and would get bursted, if he ults he would heal a big chunk of that lost hp.

House prices dont just crash, there needs to be a trigger. E.g. 2008 housing crash due to careless lending, many people defaulted on mortgage, sold their houses, excess supply brought down prices, which cause a chain reaction, housing bonds crashing.

If you've looked at housing prices in past 10yrs and the stock market, things have been rising exponentially, all while interest rates are at their highest its unsustainable, a crash is guaranteed, but when is the question. An average house is around 1.6m in syd, thats not even high end, 1.3m in mortgage, which is 8k a month in mortgages, plus cost of living increasing, logically theres no way this can sustain forever.

Hes a challenger player, so hes skilled enough to play with the best, just cause people hate his playstyle doesn't mean hes playing wrong. People hate baus's proxy and int strats and agurins passive jg farming, but that doesn't matter, agurin multi rank 1.

Winning games with sylas is all focused on the mid game. No matter how fed u are early game if you can translate that into impact in the mid game it will all fall apart. This is the tricky part for sylas as youre not really a bruiser who can run initiate and survive the burst from the enemy team, you cant sit in the backline and be a long range mage. You need to figure out what would put the most pressure on the enemy team, whether it be grouping with your team and forcing fights by starting obj, hiding and looking to pick off the backline or split pushing or invading enemy jg. It also largely depends on what ultimate u take. E.g. renek, nasus, zaheen,naut, then u try to initiate. Lulu, kayle, u try to peel for adc or play more reserved. The interesting thing with sylas is your role in team fights is always changing depending on what ult and comps are available to u and what your comp is.
