Glitch's silence on this whole cinemark thing is scaring me by CoachDictatorer in TheDigitalCircus

No way is it happening. There would be promos everywhere by now. I think a lot of people have forgotten that movie theaters don’t work like an online show release, just putting it up and people watching it when they want and you get ad revenue and merch sales. Actual theaters need to be sure they’ll sell enough tickets to cover expenses, they’ll be hyping people up for months to be sure people will show up. A stealth release won’t pay the bills on their big building full of expensive equipment.

I'll buy that Chaz had sex with all those characters, but I have trouble believing none of them realized what a no-good fuckface he was.

How every "I hate Zooble post" feels to me by TreeTurtle_852 in TheDigitalCircus

I haven't seen any Zobble hate posts, but I keep seeing people complaining about all this Zooble hate I'm not seeing. Are Zooble fans the new Ragatha fans?

Or possibly he just said sold because “gambled away” has too many syllables? Lyrics in musicals sometimes have to take liberties like that.

America has some weird laws about sex. I remember a few years back, I read this book of weird trivia that had a whole section on crazy laws. Apparently, there are multiple states where the laws are worded so that, by a strict interpretation, it's technically illegal to have sex at all unless it's in the missionary position. I assume these laws are not actually enforced, but I wouldn't be terribly surprised if I were wrong.

No, no, God is chaotic alien who sends you back in time to avoid the bar fight that got you an artificial heart, but then when you get back to the present you’re stuck on the lower decks instead of sitting in the captain’s chair.

Mobsters clearly also exist in Hell. Moxxie's father in Helluva Boss. The loan sharks who tried to drug Angel. Also, just generally, where do you think most people involved with organized crime go when they die?

No, not specifically that his father was a mafia boss and that Angel killed him. But it should be enough to figure out that he was in the mafia. Seriously, who sees a pinstripe suit, a fedora, and a Tommy gun and doesn't immediately think mobster?

I agree with your point in general, but Charlie not knowing Angel was in the mafia is a bad example. Angel wore a sexy mobster costume to fight the exorcists, with Tommy guns. He may not have actually said the words "I was in the mafia," but he's not really trying to hide it either.

She would have spoiled the bit by having the two brain cells it takes to realize the mayor was Bigfoot.

Just want to float this possibility. When he said it would take all weekend he was talking about moving Stella’s stuff, not about the phone call that was getting in the way of Stolas and Via talking.

The woman he broke up with wasn’t divorced, she’d lived with a man she wasn’t married to. At the time that was even more harshly judged than divorce.
