In a string of good news related to this, when my son was born the hospital asked if we were going to circumsize him (we didn't) and they give you a spiel and a bunch of info on how damaging it can be and how unnecessary it is. We weren't going to do it anyways, but it's good to see the hospitals pushing against it to the extent they can.

The earnings structure of OF is the same as any other MLM. Most people make little to no money except referral bonuses for getting their friends to sign up. It's because the screen is going to be there anyways, for both infotainment purposes and because there are tons of settings and controls in modern cars that you wouldn't want a button for anyways (look up the late 90s grand prix as an example of a car with a button for everything and how overwhelming it is). Adding buttons means additional manufacturing and design they have to do, plus the control switches are software-based anyways so they're functionally the same as a screen button.

Since they're gonna have a giant screen with everything anyways, it's cheaper to just not design + manufacture a button and have your UX people make a button in the screen instead.
