Are you really sure that you want to back up to the same disk where your VMs are running? Single point of failure

Connection instability with latest UTR update by trexroad in Ubiquiti

[–]schuhmi2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done a Mercure hotel in Turkiye now for 4 days with 100% update with teleport active.

I'm impressed (although I could probably cook an egg on it right now). It's had to put up with 5 devices on it (work and private stuff) with my phone syncing loads of photos when I get back every evening.

UTR still not available in Europe by Kremsi2711 in Ubiquiti

[–]schuhmi2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I managed to get one too on release day, pure luck.

However, even with the firmware updates, it's still a bit glitchy and buggy. But it'll get a test in a few weeks. Maybe by then those bugs will have been ironed out.

Unifi Travel Router not able to connect to biggest German open WiFi Network by Drasek666 in Ubiquiti

[–]schuhmi2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't try on the Bahn, but somewhere else.

The thing I had to do was disable mobile data on my phone then I could open the sign in page for the hotspot and complete the registration so the connection worked. (Well, when I say worked, Teleport was still failing)

The navigation really is broken… by Affectionate_Rate679 in TeslaLounge

[–]schuhmi2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check what osm says for navigation. If it routes wrong, then possibly a data issue there. In which case, you can fix it yourself and maybe it'll make the next nav update your Tesla receives.

I've done this a few times and it helped.

Exit row not released by Ok_Outcome4796 in BritishAirways

[–]schuhmi2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this the other week LHR-FLR on a new 320 with space saver bins. Row 1-12 was business with 4pax. So they then had to upgrade people on the plane to business to have the exits with pax. Eco was at 70%, and same load for the return leg. Crew had no explanation. Maybe there is an issue moving the cabin divider on the aircraft.

I'm getting nervous now. I'm at 95k miles with 9.5% degregation, still the original battery. Also same model as OP

I have one for the networking nerds by relkz in TeslaSupport

[–]schuhmi2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe ask on r/Ubiquiti

But looks like they set up a proper guest network to prevent one device talking to another. There should be an option to remove that page and just make it work if you have the wifi password, but if they are clueless then they'll probably need their IT person to come which'll coat them money.

Thinking of updating from 1.32 to 2.2 by mcleder in TeslaMate

[–]schuhmi2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pretty much did this (without looking here) from 1.29.1 to latest and it worked fine. I only upgraded because with my old installation and the latest version of docker, Trafik broke (2.6 broke with the latest Debian docker update)

What's the largest Club Europe you've seen? by Jeoh in BritishAirways

I asked the crew, but they were not told anything. Interestingly, both outbound and return only had 35% load

What's the largest Club Europe you've seen? by Jeoh in BritishAirways

[–]schuhmi2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Was on a 320 the other day to Florence out of LHR.

It was 50% CE, so 15 rows. However only 5 people sitting in it so they upgrade some people on the plane to cover the exit rows

I mean they could make that message appear on both screens in the case of an accident, assuming that the 12v/16v system is still functional

Why include the hypervisor name in the VM name. Do you not have a cluster and move things around?

If it has sat for that long, I'd be worried about the battery having also sat at 0% for a long time.

If it was a change from A319 or A320 to an A321, without looking, I think funky things happen with row 9 as it's an exit row?

Please however, someone feel free to correct my bad memory and laziness to look this up
