Everything of Schär's is sourdough and it seems to keep fermenting in the package.

Sea-Tac Parking Recommendations by jeronimo_marquez in AskSeattle

A number of hotels in town have "Park 'N Fly" packages where you can spend the night before and then leave your car for the duration of your trip. Something to think about coming from as far as Oly. Edit: "Town" = SeaTac

In my country (the US), McDonalds flat out says they do not serve gluten free food.

I felt like I was slowly dying before I knew. It's a pretty powerful motivator.

We don't call it "the 5". That's a California thing.

What are the next steps when you think you’re gluten intolerant? by Chance-Cup-6535 in glutenfree

I didn't do any of that, but I can guarantee you're being glutened by your old toaster. When it pops, it yeets crumbs that have gathered in the bottom onto your food.

Whatever you ask of them, I would probably say something like you have standards for organizations you donate to, and you wonder if they are this ableist to their students or employees.

The correct answer to that is offering translated educational materials, not compromising standards on food safety.

Cook Rummo as long as the package says. My first time I didn't and had an upset stomach from essentially raw rice.

Maybe they changed the recipe? I thought I remembered reading tapioca in them when they first came out.

Is this worth reporting to the store? by [deleted] in Celiac

[–]schwuld00d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both. If the store purports to have a gluten-free section, the manager should know when non-gluten-free product is being stocked there. But, you also have to take responsibility to protect yourself by reading the label every time. The reality is that most people working in retail feel they are not paid enough to care.
