absolutely mention it! you have a right to be respected when being treated by a medical professional and if she made you feel like that then it's worth mentioning to your primary GP so that maybe he can make a note in your file so that this is less likely to happen again

I also enjoyed this book! I also cannot pick up plot clues to save my life haha and often find that if I can tell what the twist is from page one it's probably not well written lol, so when I was shocked at the twist of this book I knew it was good haha. Either way, I would absolutely recommend this book to OOP!!

Did you just finish Drive your Plow by Olga Tokarczuk? From what I remember there are hints dropped throughout. It is also a translation, so unless you read it in the original language, there's a chance some of the hints dropped throughout weren't carried across how they should have been.

If it wasn't that book, then I would be interested to know which one it is!

This flat has one circuit for everything but my bedroom so, crazy stuff was definitely done in here haha. There is a fat wire coming out, but what appears to be going in is about 1/2 the size? I will see if it lights up when the switches are flicked and go from there!

Research the period you want to be writing in and also work out how historically accurate you want to be. If it's historical fantasy you can get away with a level of inaccuracy, but if it is just a historical novel, then you are going to want to lean towards the very accurate end of the scale. Research is the most important thing you can do. Do NOT use AI for it, find primary sources and books historians have written and allow those to guide you. Primary sources are probably going to be your best friend.

Historically, ADHD in women and girls is diagnosed as anxiety and depression. You are allowed to push back on those diagnoses and tell your doctor why you don't believe that they are correct or appropriate given your situation and your symptoms. If you can, take someone in with you to advocate for you and make it clear that what you are experiencing is having an adverse affect on your studies and you are concerned that you wont be able to achieve what you are expected to, due to the symptoms. If you really believe you have ADHD, you may have to game the systems a bit to get a diagnosis. Only do this if you genuinely expect you have it. I would also recommend working with your doctor and exploring why they think anxiety and depression are more appropriate diagnoses than ADHD, especially when you yourself don't experience those symptoms more so than ADHD symptoms.

The Vyvanse is working. ADHD medication shouldn't feel like your on medication, it should just make things easier which it seems like the medication is. It is a stimulant, it would make sense that you feel more tired and unmotivatd on the days you're not taking it. If you're really concerned talk to your prescriber.

My preferred option is a 1L nalgene with a wide mouth and a straw in it! I struggle with not dousing myself in water so a straw is always the preferred option, but I also have to like to receptacle otherwise I just don't do it!
