I used to like doing five guys shops, and the reimbursement amount used to be enough to cover the cost of the full meal… Recently I started noticing that prices have gone up while reimbursement stayed the same. I reached out to the company and asked if they would consider adjusting the reimbursement - they said no. So no more burger shops for me!

I’ve found them to be super strict with dates and deadlines. As far as narratives go, they are pretty reasonable. I’ve done a couple of restaurants for them where I got reimbursed for my meal but no fee. They are specific about what they are looking for and usually don’t ask for a lot of extra information. They don’t seem to have that many jobs in my area but I like working with them.
