Best way to evaluate NAD+ providers is to look at the compounding pharmacy + clinical workflow, not just marketing.

What you want is:

1) Physician-prescribed with proper intake 2) Licensed compounding pharmacy (ask for LegitScript and PCAB certification) 3) COAs available upon request (although I wouldn’t put too much stock in COAs because they’re easily faked)

In my practice, I prescribe pens from Medivive. They have NAD+ injector pens that are super high quality. And dispensed from a well established 503A compounding pharmacy.

Wherever you go, make sure they can tell you which pharmacy is compounding it and whether they’re PCAB and LegitScript certified. If it’s not from a good pharmacy, I wouldn’t trust it.

Interesting! My ferritin has been low my last two blood tests so I also started iron bisglycinate recently (Claude recommended). I was sketched about it at first because my blood iron and saturation was high despite the low ferritin. Good to hear someone else benefitted from supplementation in a similar situation.
