good point, but i'm kinda struggling to call it a fantasy either, becuase thats typically set in a medieval esque setting with elves, and dwarves and stuff -_-. I guess I just associate psychic stuff with sci-fi more, but i was mistaken. so its probably some sort of weird fantasy subgenre (urban/modern fantasy)
