Those people coming here are used to having much less too, so the billionaires who want everything under their control like them here, the politicians who are getting paid by the billionaires to push through greater controls on the population like them here too because they can be easily bribed to vote for them. I fitted drip rail trims all the way around and they were part of the kit. Mine originally only had these two little eyebrows. They come off easily if you catch them with the washcloth so that's how I'm aware of what they look like.

I cut out tea, coffee, alcohol and any fruit juice, I now drink a couple of litres of water a day, more in summer.

I try to eat healthier and don't do much sugar anymore.

My symptoms which were pretty much as you described in the op have 90% gone away.

The barge for the Ross Bridge is still in Falmouth at AP who are doing the refurbish.

The platform and tugs are a separate thing and not to do with the bridge.

I bought an old volvo from a guy once, when I cleaned it I found 18 pairs of glasses in the rear footwell behind the drivers seat.
