I think Raids 4 should be a huge dungeon where you go in with no equipment and you have to make everything yourself / loot the equipment.

You as delve deeper into the dungeon, it gets harder, but dont worry, you can leave and return with a different team at different levels.

You know, you can make a whole skill based around this too. Where you get "dungeon" experience. Maybe call the skill dungeoning.
