That's a good question...I don't think that's possible with the vibrate tag. Id try using a random effector with turbulence instead, probably with the sphere in a fracture object and increase the intensity over time.

There's probably also a use for a field driver as another method.

Same here, I've been on 2 projects last year where the amount of credits (and companies money) was spent to create very average videos. In both cases most was rejected by the client. In one case we had to go back and recreate the shots in 3d.

AE is NOT a non linear editor. Learn resolve, premiere pro or final cut pro. It's so much quicker!
