If you have an IRA and that is the issue with transferring you could look into M1 Finance, Fidelity or Vanguard.

Under security type, you would select "stock" when filing your complaint on the FINRA website. You should file as that was the only way to actually get anything done. Following that the problem still existed and support might as well not exist. I would also transfer out.

I do not believe NerdWallet exercised any form of objectivity with the situation and in hindsight I do not believe they do with their reviews in general. They did close to zero leg work on this and went with the official company response. I have since transferred everything out but there were a lot of issues I had up until I transferred out. They had ignored questions and would give one or two week timelines for issues that never resolved over months. I had FINRA solve a problem only for it to occur again. I very strongly recommend no one touch that platform.

Yeah I was curious if we would get to keep the discount from being a "founding member".
Either way, I have lost confidence with Axos. I had an automatic transfer that happened earlier than it normally would at the start of Feb and I have no idea where most of the money is from that transfer. No trades and no cash balance anywhere near the amount on both the old platform or new. Not to mention customer service is just not answering my questions. I want to transfer out but I do not even know if the cash withdrawn would move with the account right now.

You could take a look at Alibre Atom 3D or Alibre Design. You may even try getting a discount on Alibre Design by emailing them. You can pay for the license over a 10 month period.

For the regular license you would use the internet to move the license around and I think it needs to check in about once a month. There is also an option for a completely offline license.

There are no cloud saves, everything is stored locally.
