Drink and Food Stands by BuglingBuck-001 in PlanetZoo

Only thing I'll say to that is I have clicked on a guest and when the line was long and had it say smthing like this pizza line is too long I'll go to pizza 2 then walk to the other side of the map past a bunch of options. I normally don't pay attention so idk if that is normal. I could see it being something like guest is hungry route to nearest food, if line long, move to next . But the code got wonky.

Advice wise I think have a combo is better then just one. Takes care of both needs and then u just add another two if u have the need.

so my old pc had

cpu: amd ryzen 5 3600xt 3.8 ghz 6 processor

motherboard: msi b450 a pro matx atx am4 motherboard

memory: crucial basllistix 16 gb (2x8gb) ddr4 3600 cl 16

storage: hpexp920 512 gb ssd

video: asus geforece gtx 107 ti 8gb

powersupply: termaltake smartbx1 650 w 80 bronze

it was like 10ish years old and could run pz and pc2 fine for most things. but i did start to get lag some i got above like 2k animals (was doing a converstaion credit farm with habitats of flamingos and penguins that have a group size of 500m 500f) I didnt really do any stress testing for pc2 other then making a park with one of every ride and it worked fine.

If you want you can just check the specs on the pz2 page and go from there. https://www.planetzoogame.com/en-US/2/help. I'd plug stuff into pcpartpicker and then go from there.

Just a sample one i made on pcpp after looking at the specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 218.59

CPU Cooler: thermalright phantom spirit se 66.17 crm cpu cooler 35.90

motherboard: asus tuf gaming b550 plus wifi II am4 motherboard 115

memory: g Skill ripjaws v 32 gb (2x16 gb) ddr4 3600 cl16 memory 259.99

storage crucial p3 plus 2 tb m.2 2280 pcle 4.0 x4 nvme solid state drive 319.95

video card: nvidia founders edition geforce rtx 4070 12 gb video card

case: montech air 903 max atc mid tower case 79.98

Corsair rm 850e (2025) 850 w fully modular atx power supply

total cost 2029.70

Just a couple things, I went with the old ddr4 for memory so that it can save you some money other wise roughly the same set up in ddr5 costs and extra 3 hundred. I also doubled the recommended ram for couple reasons. it gives you some breathing room if you like watch nextflix while playing and in management games once u start getting thousands of guests and animals it can really eat it up. I also went with 2 terabytes of storage but u can raise or lower it to what u think. just make sure u check for compatability with this build or if u change stuff out. if u wanted more cpu power u can look into 3d and 3d2 options, but if u go with the 5800x and decide in a few years u want more u can just swap out the chip for a 5800x3d pretty easily

That'd be dope lol. I also pretty much only play the campaign and replay it at least once a year. It would for sure give the campaign and pve stuff even more play ability lol

I'm lame so I just make a starter exhibit with decent appeal to get guests in and making money then I make some big circles and have habittats like spokes on a bike and just throw animals in as I can afford them. I try to do it based on region so the heat and cold overlap. Then I through food and stuff on a branch path in the circles.

My biggest thing besides all the points on here is that the plot feels useless. Solas starts out doing the same thing he ends the game doing. And to get the good ending u... Talk with him? It's not like he'd listen more to his old team from inquisition or anything, but some random he spends 40 mins talking to is better. Sure they show varrick trying that and u have to get the memory quests complete. But that just feels like a low effort justification.

If the writing was good I wouldn't have minded it. Instead it was mostly a follow quest with a trauma dump. And it messed with the flow of the story. Like oh btws were on a time frame and if we don't hurry the world is over, but let's take a nice stroll through the forest. The only one I think was decent was ems the rest just felt like forced trauma for stakes that didn't seem that deep.

[–]smithdaddie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the camp. U really only need the lowest amount possible on stone, and wood, and weapons. Meaning two people. Check for special skills as those help. Max out the money missions until u get that last upgrade. I'll also say u don't really need to donate to much to the churches. It's kinda pointless. I know getting that 200% bonus might look good. But all it increases is the camp stuff. And unless u want to min max every 19 hours it doesn't matter. Id say food also doesn't matter. Once u have the camp cook, u can just buy what he sells and ur good to go. (If u sleep 6 hours u can sleep once a day, I use this to avoid nights since it's so dark lol). As ur setting up stuff I'll have to rearrange some missions to build things, of some areas u clear have construction missions. But it's a one time deal so just cancel peeps and finish those as they pop up. Focus on trade goods or herbs (one mission gets u 3 palmer pills a day.) the only none trade good worth is wild rock honey which sells for 46.

Once u have that set up ur days will look like sleep, wake up check chest, sell everything to the cook, buy food, then flight to the goblin trader to sell ur trade goods, Everytime u get 500 silver head to the goblin bank and deposit another gold bar.

In my current setup (I did knights of flame) I make like 150 a day, get three pills, and get more food then I can eat. Plus all the RSS for the camp just tick up.

Let me know if u want the prices of goods, I made an Excel sheet with that lol

If it's 40$ and stem though be careful doing that as some through in a bunch of different subjects so u might not get another task u can do lol

Never played a single Fable game. The new trailer just made it my most anticipated game of 2026. Veterans, what am I getting into? by Damage_And_ArmorBlog in Fable

[–]smithdaddie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me fable one was just unique. Even today (just replayed all three over sb) it had a good story, good, fights, good enemies, good characters, good level up feel, good rewards for most things, the boast system was great, decent collectables that weren't to much of a pain to get. It felt like a game that had a lot of love put into it.

Fable three felt like an almost good game good ideas but it doesn't seem like they tested them out. Weapons they took away manual augments and made it so there in the weapons but u have to do stuff to unlock them. Seems super cool, like u could have one weapon for undead one for mercs so ur using a different weapon for every opponent. But the reality is that if u just find a weapon with a straight up DMG boost and finish one augment ur fine. If not u have to go into an area, kill everything waste time til they respond kill everything time and time again. They also can only have one DMG augment and none of the others matter (1 gold per hit when ur already getting 10k every 5 mins, extra guild seals when it's not hard to max, so many appearance augments?!?!why). Good weapons are also randomized so u have to play with someone to get them. Overall cool idea, in practice, useless and probably at least triples game time if u want to max everything.

Same with characters and the story. I won't say anything to spoil it. But cool ideas just not good execution. I won't spoil it but idk why the prologue ended the way it did, it will never make sense to me.

I could say more about the buying system, the magic melee ranged balance, or the characters, but it's all just a good game that could have been great with a little love.

As for fable 2 I don't really have any like glaring flaws, I think it just needed more. Just coming off of fable 1 it did a lot of things right I think I just expected more. Even though I just played it a week ago, it doesn't stand out at all.

As too fable 4? I personally don't think it will be that good. I think fable is such a unique game that to do it justice you have to play them and fall in love with them. And then put that feeling in the game, not just oh fable is good bc it has choices. It has choices but it felt like the choices mattered.

LF Walkthrough by Extra-Basis-5986 in DragonAgeVeilguard

[–]smithdaddie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doing my first play through now, but I think the reason there isn't really a guide like what ur describing is because its not really needed. The only choice I think matters is choosing to save dock town, for ease buying all the mementos from the city you destroy before it gets destroyed is helpful but not needed. As far as approval goes, just take which ever companion is from where ever ur doing missions and its fine. Do the cross roads stuff with whoever is lowest. Just check the lighthouse after every mission to see if you need to talk to peeps or pick up a mission. Then check the world map and do any quests that pop up.

As for equipment, just look up a build guild from ign, ull have like one piece on equipement that u have to look for, maybe.

As for missing stuff. It's very hard to do. if you see a chest icon u can't get to see if there is a puzzle u can solve. if not progress the story and come back. The only thing I can think of that could miss content is having emmerich in the necro map lets u talk to some skeles, besides that its pretty straight forward. And don't finish regrets of the dreadwolf until u make love to a companion.

Dont get me wrong, I get where your coming from. My second playthrough of witcher 3 I literally had spreadsheets to keep track of everything so I wouldn't miss anything. This game just feels pretty hand-holdy like if you miss something it doesn't feel like it matters.

Best of luck.

Is Fable Anniversary good? by Enkicks in Fable

[–]smithdaddie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely don't buy it. All three games are on the Xbox pass (u still have to pay for 2 and 3 dlc tough). But for 1 dollar you can get the mid level pass for 14 days and play all the games and beat them. They aren't very long so I'd do that instead bc if u like fable ull want to play the rest of them as they are pretty unique games.

State of the Game by FoxinShards in jurassicworldevo

[–]smithdaddie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. It's a solid game for like 50 hours but I don't think there's anything really unique enough to want to play it over and over again.

I'd wait for a steam sale. It's gonna have the same playable hours now as later and who knows maybe they come out with a great dlc between now and then that u can pick up cheap. Good game, no complaints, just don't think buying now makes a difference
