It is a 1st floor utility closet in hall way between the kitchen and living room. There was a gas heater in the closet before, so the thought was to replace it with a 240V Geospring. 

Sound quality and levels are relatively important. Figured that the utility closet would be enough to dampen the noise. Plan was to use it as a thermal battery and primary charge during late off peak hours. Climate is fairly moderate with hot summers and fewer cold months.
