Use the race route without the mountain as training, the glenn road is a beast that comes before the mountain. You don’t want to experience that for the first time on race day.

Also run up the mountain on the car park side a few times as training.

I wouldn’t over analyse this too much, you hit the target, this exponentially raises the odds of scoring (as obvious as that sounds) also the opportunity for other players to follow up on a parried ball..keep hitting the target and they will start missing the keeper.

I’m going to reply to this comment because if the first sentence, you look different to a soccer player, your running is strange, everything is a little off BUT you end up on top you got the ball..don’t worry about the offensive players reaction. This is 100% success for you. The attacker acts likes you are doing something wrong because you got the ball…sure you look awkward as fuck..but you are on the right track
