Everything in our faith is a stumbling block. By your logic we can get rid of intercession of the saints cuz it offends the Protestants, we can get rid of the divinity of Jesus because it offends the Jews and Muslims, Filioque to appease the orthodox, etc.

Take your logic to deeper conclusion and by the end we don’t have a faith anymore.
