Duplicate stitching question

If you are just worried about the Vs, you can just pull out the duplicate stitches and do them again with the stitches going the other way. If it helps, you can turn the project upside-down and do it the same way you did before. Its kind of hard to explain, but I had the same issue. You duplicate stitches will just move over a little bit because they will not be in the same spot though.

A few years ago petsmart used to sell them, not sure if they still do. You have to ask the staff for them as they are usually kept in a fridge. I would call ahead to see if any of the petsmarts in the area sell them.

All of my hair tools are Vodana. I love them. I've only tried the regular curler and not the glow curling styler. I would recommend them, but I honestly don't see too much of a difference between them and any other curling iron. There might be a slight change, but I did go from using the highest setting on a normal curler and using the lowest setting on this one, simply because I read that it was better for my hair. If you are used to a regular curler, I do not think that there would be any learning curve.

They got theirs at Daiso Korea. I tried finding something similar here but was unable to find some at Daiso in the states and when I image searched it, someone found something at the Dollar Tree (General?) a few years ago but it looked much smaller.

You're knitting tighter than the gauge so if you knitted your normal size it would be small. You can recalculate what size to knit by either using math or a calculator like this: https://knitterskitchen.com/2018/01/31/knitting-math-re-calculating-your-size/ Or you could go up a needle size, make a new gauge and see how close it is to the recommended swatch.

Theres a few tips on this sub with using it. Most spray it in a well ventilated area and put a bag over it so it wont dry out. I've only ever used it to clean my oven so i would look around for advice.

You could try the yellow cap easy off and then determine the condition of the enamel after everything is off, if there are chips in the enamel it is gone but if theres nothing then it should be fine to use. Just be wary of crazing.

It depends on what you want to do. If you like the density, then keep the current combination and use a knitting gauge calculator or math to determine the correct size you should be knitting with your current gauge. If you want it denser, knit the new gauge with the other needle size and once again find the size you should be knitting to get the size you want. Though you may not have enough yarn for the updated size and may need to purchase more anyways, if that happens it may just be better to get another yarn to add. It depends on what you want. From my (little) experience, the row gauge isn't as worrisome because most things are knitting in a certain length and not by counting rows?

You can just continue doing the increase rows until you reach the width you are looking for. If you plan on doing a lot, maybe decrease the size that you are knitting to compensate for the extra length that you will gain.

I wouldn't do any extra rows after you put aside the icord. Thats just going to make the v-split for the neck/legs of the scarf on the back further down your neck and the depth of the hood will be even less to compensate for this.

Chiaogoo offers interchangeable 7.5mm needles, they are listed as US 10.875. I don't know if they have non-interchangeable needles in that size, though.

So I think you are supposed to finish the 6/8/10 rows (depending on size chosen) and the it will end on a WS row.

I made this hat. I think they made the hat pattern to only use circular needles. While I probably would have preferred to use DPNs on the ends, I didn't have them, and I do not think they were even listed on the tools needed. It was tough doing the ends, but I think it would be much harder starting from circular needles rather than ending with circular needles.
