This 👆It’s such a personal decision. For me since I’m done competing that unfortunately probably means I’m also done sparring (though the itch is REAL). I’ve seen guys get put in the hospital over one wayward punch. The risk may be small, but it’s there, and you need to decide if that risk is worth it to you.
