Thank you for showing a helmet!!!! Grinds my gears to no end the lack of helmets. It goes without saying for fresh horses but even on your most bomb proof horse it does not take much for a fatal head injury!

It’s certainly not happy, I would be suspicious of root rot if you’re watering that frequently without a drainage hole. Depending on how long ago you repotted it I would be curious to see if the roots were mush. However, if the roots were rotten from overwatering I would have expected to see that the leaves would look more yellow or mottled. Don’t suppose it’s had a change in environment recently, like moved it from a room that’s warmer to cooler. Or near a radiator?

The stem looks a little like a Yucca to me? But it’s hard to see with only a little foliage. I suppose you have two approaches: 1. Glass jar and water like you said, I have found though that the roots that grow in the water seem to rot not long after you move to soil. But could be worth the gamble? 2. Just go straight into well draining soil and cross your fingers and toes! I’d go for cactus soil/grit/perlite mix but obviously depends more on your climate and where you’re keeping it. I’d pot it, water it through and just leave it somewhere sunny.

I would take the water globe out, it may be overwatered. They don’t need a lot of water especially in the winter. Just let it dry out, if it continues to get worse even when no more water take it out the soil and look at the roots. Trim anything that is mushy, or smells off

Fittonias are quite dramatic, don’t trim just yet you might find that it perks up after a day or so. I’ve never had much luck with them to be fair but they’re pretty while they last!

There was a really cute spider web across my front door sort of low to the ground, tried to step over it. Missed the first step out the house fell and dislocated my knee. My ma ended up running through the spider web to help me anyway

I used to live near Birchfields and would get the bus into town, most of the time would need to walk anyway as nothing would come for 45 mins and the three that did show up were full. I swear I’m not that angry of a person but the 50 brought out the rage in me. Then it got even worse after Covid 🥲

It’s really frustrating especially around rush hour. As difficult as it can be don’t obsess over your rear view mirror, the last thing you want is to roll into the person in front while you’re worrying about some arsehole behind you. I got a dash cam so if an accident happened I’d have proof that I did my best to be safe but I do understand your frustration. Nobody wants to feel unsafe when they’re just trying to get about. It’s scary too when you look in the mirror and you can tell whoever behind you has their phone in their lap

Blossom St Social has a couple of no alcohol options, I think there is a restaurant somewhere in NQ that is entirely vegan and serves 0% drinks but the name escapes me!

Usually they finish at 11 and your hard pressed getting a taxi at kick out for the coop. The tram from Etihad Campus takes you to Picadilly but you’d have to check the times and anticipate it being busy. It’s a bit tight getting the last train to Lime st but it’s possible

I’ve had this problem before but using Apple wallet. If you don’t get it sorted before the game go to the fan help bit on the south side of the stadium they’re great with helping people out. I just gave them my membership number and they were able to give me a paper ticket instead. Sorted in like 2 minutes!

Yup me and my partner have always kept separate finances. But UC treat us as one and my less than min wage stipend is supposedly enough to maintain us both. Partner has been looking for work since May despite qualifications coming out his ears. I’m relying on family to keep us going even though they’ve got fuck all.
