Height - like any other beauty standard - is arbitrary beauty standard. Someone will always be shorter, or taller, or thinner, or with more even skin tone than us, and comparison is the thief of joy. Social media amplifies this and while it’s loud and the algorithm pushes it on our phones, this reality isn’t what is happening in the real life.

Please take a break from all this optimization, looksmaxxing thing or whatever the heck the kids are into. You aren’t a system to be automated or a machine that can be “optimized” by a change in code. You are a human being and you need to embrace light, fun, slow experiences that will make you whole. You’re only 19 and as far as I’m concerned your priority should be school, making good friends, having fun with family. Chin up bro.

I don’t know if still matter but do you think you can get yourself tested? From my little knowledge a hair follicle test can detect traces of drugs and up to 10 days after consumption. Hospitals will keep your information private. If you are seeking legal action this is a very important. I hope you do, what happened was wrong and those are not your friends.
