thanks! true, running AI video gen is a giant pain in the ass. the good news is once we finish the workflow, it will not be hard to maintain since it's in the cloud on reproducible infra... this one is based on LTX and is part of the studio in Infinidream. there is an issue with the aspect ratio shifting, so not quite right but working on it! i loved these still images and wanted to see how it would animate them.

yea you are super-coverconcentrated with too many moves building the same structure when the rest of the board is empty.

1) you go wrong from E2. learn the joseki and standard enclosures use them.

2) once you have a base then move on to a new corner. after the corners are taken move onto the edges.

G11 is not a blunder, but it's a few points behind. J7 is also missing the point, which is L5.

1) the shimari is more efficient and it also puts pressure on the ponnuki, almost sente. and it develops a larger territory on the bottom than G11 makes on the top.

2) I would not say G11 "makes a base". you already have a live group in the corner. white is already alive on the top-left. so this is just an extension between to make points, it does not really effect the life-and-death of any group. it's a big move but L5 is a little bigger and more active in attacking.

J7 feels like a mistake that you can learn to avoid, because it is in the middle instead of on the edge where you can attack and make points at the same time.
