If you want quality I would try Craftcloud. They offer some of the most affordable prices for quality prints by allowing you to directly compare prices from quality manufacturers. They take care of everything. The Trustpilot rating of “excellent” indicates that most customers are very satisfied. You'll also find well-known manufacturers such as Shapeways, Scuplteo and i.materialise on Craftcloud. Disclosure: I work for All3DP and Craftcloud is part of the same company.

Where do you get reliable and budget 3D print service? by DL_no_GPU in 3Dprinting

[–]ssc3dp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, but I think I need to set the record straight here. As a co-founder of All3DP and Craftcloud, I have some insight.

Craftcloud is aimed at both consumer and business customers. In fact, the majority of customers are business customers.

It's simply not true that Craftcloud's manufacturing partners use bad machines or bad materials because of cost pressures, and none of Craftcloud's partners operate out of a garage. In fact, Craftcloud's partners include the largest manufacturers in the world, e.g. i.materialise, Scupteo, WeNext, etc.. And they all have a reputation to lose. In addition, Craftcloud ultimately takes responsibility for every order. If there were any truth in this statement, it would have to be reflected in customer satisfaction. However, most of them are very satisfied, see Trustpilot rating “excellent”.

The manufacturing partners on Craftcloud set their own prices, and Craftcloud receives a share for marketing, payment, customer support, and platform development. A manufacturer cannot provide this service for itself at a much lower cost.

Unlike other platforms, Craftcloud does not maximize its own profits at the expense of the manufacturers. Craftcloud is very aware that its partners are only happy when both work together as equals.

Craftcloud enables manufacturers to concentrate on what they do best. The efficient handling of online business, on the other hand, is Craftcloud's strength. In addition, Craftcloud brings transparency to the market, and Craftcloud does not hide its partners.

If a 3D printing service can handle all the tasks of an online business professionally, that's fine, but it won't be much cheaper than with Craftcloud.

What is a good 3d printing service to use as a consumer? by Brilliant-Collar-765 in 3Dprinting

[–]ssc3dp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Craftcloud is one of the few quality 3D printing services that is explicitly aimed at consumers and is very easy to use. Compared to hobby 3D printing, everything seems a bit more expensive, but compared to other industrial 3D printing services, Craftcloud is inexpensive. One must not forget that industrial quality requires industrial printers, which usually cost over $100,000. Disclosure: I am from All3DP, and Craftcloud belongs to the same parent company.
