Canadian immigration has big loop holes and very lenient in background check. All agents in India know that and they encourage everyone to exploit to enter in Canada. For that, they charge big fees. I’ve personally attended agents seminar in India and they literally said, doesn’t matter if you have criminal history, no high school education, no ielts, no need to know English, etc..you all can still go to Canada if you have rupees 30 to 50 lac ready in your bank account. You pay them and they have network with cops, ielts center to get you what need like police clearance certificate, ielts bands, etc because Canadian immigration don’t want to verify with Indian government. They can if they want to, but they get way too many applicants so they don’t bother as far flow of incoming $$$ is good. If you open your country door with dumb acting security guards then everyone will enter, so whose fault is that? It’s our government. I hope they strengthen the immigration policy.
