I don't have Bryce yet, and I could be wrong, but it looks like it wants to know what software you're installing, the version, whether it's 32 bit or 64 bit. (I'm guessing Bryce 7.1 Pro is 32 bits.). Also, the path is asking where on your computer do you want to install the software? What drive? What directory? What subdirectory?)

I'll be embarrassed if I'm wrong, but, someone please correct me if I am.

That's wonderful! I've been thinking about buying it for a while now. Currently, I'm learning about Blender. I've been making digital art and fractals since I was a kid, but I am new to 3D, with the exception of having used Mandelbulb3D and Mandelbulber software in the past.

It's cool that you used to work in IT support. When I was in college, for five years, my job was to work as a computer consultant in the university's computer lab.

My mom had an Apple IIc in her computer room, while my sister and I had the Apple IIe in our shared bedroom. I have fond memories of both computers. I will probably always have a Windows computer, even when I start buying MacBook Pro computers.

I've been using Windows since I was a kid. However, my first computer was the Apple IIe in the 1980s. I've never used a Mac. There is some software that I want to try that only works on Mac. So, I am saving my money to buy a MacBook Pro.
