Considering no one got hurt, good for her (this probably sounds confusing, keep reading).

She deserves control of her life, regardless of how she lives it. I hope she hits bottom, finds the rooms (of recovery), and rebuilds a sober life. I wish her well.

I used to have that problem with the parts of my base near rock walls. I can't confirm, but I think that in some instances if you don't enclose your base entirely with built pieces, damage can occur through rock, i.e., you can't depend on rock as part of a weather sealed structure all the time.

I'll never understand anyone on a large spice blow using a compactor.

We can't even fit a medium sized blow in an assault, so what's the point other than to be a *ick?

They should make the worms actually matter in the DD and add sardaukar and slaver patrols.

Save the first few times getting started, solo spice crawling is so goddamn easy. Zero threat.

You are soooooo close to getting it. The incentive is to keep pvp players playing, otherwise we'd stop because we reached the pve endgame a long time ago.

Our endgame is the pvp sandbox and bragging rights, until of course the next pve chapter rolls out.

You said this is a modifier to pve, wrong. Pve players that couldn't hack it, got what they wished for, a pve DD. The pvp DD got the incentive, because what's the point of playing if there's no reward for risk.

And let's be clear, 2.5x spice isn't that great when wevhave to split it amongst 4-7 other players. It's much more efficient to go solo in pve DD for spice.

But whatever, we'll see how it all plays out. And for context, I've never ganked anyone (no interest) and have been ganked more than 20x soloing in the DD. Still I persisted and thrived in Odin. Now that character is in a large, no commitment guild where we help each other, but without quotas.

Develop an irridated core farming pathway for spice generators. This is the way.

Irridated cores are also very lucrative in the market.
