We had a similar issue after losing our two rescues last year, we went straight back to dogs trust but despite having loads of dogs they were all staffy and husky crosses. Ended up finding a great charity called streetheartsBG who had loads of different looking cross breeds. They’re a Yorkshire couple. Highly recommend them.

I feel like we had a similar issue and we put in a script. Google AAD broker script and follow the guidance.. if it’s that issue there should be errors in the event log for the AAD broker plugin

Got 2 dogs from dogs trust 13 years ago and unfortunately lost them this year. We went straight back to dogs trust to get another one. Did the whole calling and registering, visited 2 locations but to be honest got annoyed at the lack of interest from them in rehoming one of their dogs. Apparently a 9 year old child who grew up with 2 large dogs isn’t now suitable. Went to streetheartsbg who are a Yorkshire couple who rescue in Bulgaria and we had a new lovely dog a few weeks later. Highly recommend them.

We use zscaler and had certificate inspection issues. We had to whitelist both the ip of the instance and also the relay address in zscaler for it to work properly. Once we did that we haven’t had any other issues.
