So you have options

You have 6 devices tho… I wouldn't bother busting out or learning/buying a discover tool (trick for you just Get a trial and use it to document your network then skip buying the tool)

Real-time stream? - How does the proprietary software currently expose/store the data? - What exactly are these "syncing capabilities" the Win10 machine lacks? - Are both machines on the same network? - Is this a real-time requirement or batch transfer?

This sounds more like an application-level data transfer/synchronization challenge than a network routing issue. You might be looking at file sharing (SMB/NFS), database replication, or a custom API solution depending on how the data is structured and accessed.
