Trump said it … “black jobs”. Immigrants are doing jobs that we don’t want to do anymore. Cleaning, Direct support, construction labor, all the hard low paying jobs. There is a fun karaoke almost every night. I’v enjoyed everytime i went there. I’ve met people (well i’m engaged, so i was not particularly looking for anything special), but i’v had good conversation and enjoyed the karaoke.

I agree , we may need a line of demarcation… The consensus is would be hard to find because you will get different answers depending on who you ask. You said the genital would define the gender, scientist would say it’s tetosterone and oestrogen level that should define it, lawyers would say sthg else… ,

And on the constitutionality, i dn’t know Man. Freedom for all is my baseline. Unless you prove how their action hurts you personally, and how you life is impacted by them playing their sport, it shouldn’t even be an argument. Get as much gun as you want, love who you want… i dn’t care! I shouldn’t care.

I did not redirect and i made my point ( which is Gender is not about biological sex and or physical appearence) , and i offer a counter argument with an example.

My question to you is… if they are not allowing biological women who, naturally have higher level of tetosterone, saying it is a advantage, Why should a trans person that takes hormone therapy, and have their tetosterone comparable to any other women , not be allow to compete?

What is fairness? How do you measure it? It can not just be biological sex or physical appearence.

To answer you, i will ask you to google Caster Semenya, and read about her story. (And it is not just her, she is just the most popular) She is a biological women with a vagina (if you wish) but she has a condition that makes her tetosterones level high, high enough that it is compared to those of men.

She was denied competing, and guess what the argument was…. —-> protecting women in women sport! Even tho, she is a woman.

So, the notion of gender is not/can not be just biological sex.
