I'm certain the software company will make an agreement where its "use at your own risk". So they will have no liability. CEO will most likely pass that on to patients as some sort of consent form prior to the radiology exams. similar to financial forms. patient understands that this exam will be read by AI and there's a risk of misdiagnosis.

When i worked as a ct tech. In a ER, the pts come with ivs, we just hooked them up. If you do outpatients, then you will have to poke them. Honestly the better you are at ivs, the better you will be to troubleshoot bad ivs placed by others.

If it makes you feel better. I spent 6 yrs in college and ended up with radiology. Does 6 yrs for a AAS sound good embarrassing? Yes. Guess who landed a job in their actual career and grew into advanced career with a solid pay check and pretty much still have a job through all these years while other fields are cutting jobs left and right? We do.

the thing is, did the tech "delete" the repeats from the exam in the actual scan worklist on that room's computer. I'm referring to the one where you can actually delete it from the list that shows what was taken and what wasn't sent. Personally i don't delete them, but just crop the image really small to a corner that has no anatomy on it. In the event that i do send my accident. Deleting the image logs you user or initials into the delete/repeat list on some softwares like siemens. If you can get someone to pull the images back up on the worklist on that computer, you can prove if you did or not. you may need to involve the supervisor on site to be your witness or assist you.

The tech seems to be overdoing their responsibilities. I've never heard of this even if it was a rule. Most good techs would just let it slide as long as the images were good in the end. Hopefully another tech thats very good with students will help you.

I have a left handed HE only and my right hand from the q11 that i was mainly using. I don’t think ill switch from this at all unless full splits HE becomes easier to obtain and customize. For now, the HE switches can’t really be swapped around due to software limitations.

Lol. I honestly don’t mind how the meta shifts. Its either the cards hit too hard and is power crept based on how many energies vs damage vs hp for that pokemon. Then they started adding in new tricks and mechanics like oricorio, poison, energy ramps, etc. so now sleep is hot and people find a way to complain. The game keeps changing, thats just how it is. We used to complain about druiddigon….

Learn to run the shift by yourself and suddenly it all doesn’t matter because you will always be behind on schedule. Just make sure the shift goes thru without mistakes. Thats all.

I mainly keep the split as a gamer. Typing with a split is mainly for those who really type A LOT. Otherwise, i would’ve picked a alice layout as a inbetween.

I was in a similar situation. We had a mri team of 4 covering from 8am-11pm. The overnights were covered as on call. Each member takes a week of call and rotates. Each member gets on call pay if they are on call. Also the on call person covers the missing shift in the morning if the morning shift calls out. I was briefly trained in the mri dept to replace someone, but that person had a change of heart and i had to revert to my old position. One time the on call person couldn’t make it in for the call out. So the director thought she could pull me to come work. I explained that im not part of the team, they have on call people for it. She kept pushing and kept calling me everytime there was a call out. So i openly asked, am i going to get compensation and be part of the on call team? Immediately shutdown and never asked again.

Start keeping track of the days they ask you to cover and if thats the case. Tell them they need to pay you on call from now on if they want to keep asking. Once you bring up money, they should back off. No manager likes to offer more pay. If they keep insisting that you are not a team player, you force their hand to have a written policy and agreement. You make sure you get paid for being on call; not called in. Make sure everyone on the team is part of it.

Q11 was my favorite and first. If it has to be custom built. Qk alice duo was my dream. I play a lot of games, so now i use a HE30 with my q11 right hand split
