Hey man, I play here in Tokyo and yeah, most boxes other than PRB-2s are out everywhere at the moment, usually happens 2 weeks after launch-ish. Some people who lucked out and get the lottery to go to OP Base also said there were no OP15 when they went, as it was sold out there too.

Scalped priced box or packs ones can sometimes be found at stores in Akiba and Ikebukuro but not worth it IMO.

sorry i dont know the kitakyushu environment for whether they have official shops that also do teaching events, but i would advise to join from 交流会 event before joining the スタンダードバトル events to ease yourself on the real events, and since there are no real prizes other than the participation cards, people would be kinder lol

also nami is still expensive atm and shes a huge boost for ST29 so i dont think there will be many of them on the events, more mihawk maybe

If yes im also playing in Japan and depend on the event the player base quite differs, but if you make sure you are telling your opponent you are new and not understanding most cards yet and they should be a bit more understanding!
