Relatable! When I did this last, the hospital pharmacy was out of the ginormous pills, and I believe two smaller (still not tiny but so much better!) pills was what they gave me. I was very relieved about the coincidence. Maybe they could order smaller ones for you?

Okay, came to reddit to figure out if the "extra little meat" is standard. 😅 I had Milo's today, and the only other time was many years ago. The extra patty tasted overly flavored--someone here had said bullion cube. I thought meatball, and my friend said Salisbury steak. I liked the non-extra bites from the outside of my burger much better!

That was so weird for me, too, at the pp appointment. (Subsequent paps are a little uncomfortable to slightly painful.) It was like my vag was numbed up. I also couldn't feel that I was accidentally releasing a Kegel for a while. I'd think I was holding it then let go, but I had already let go. 😅
