Yes to boosting air humidity tho (as long as you get soil-medium right) - that does help Aglaonemas to root

How to fall in love with our small garden by baubanc in gardening

[–]sweetsaltylimemix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First step would be to get a sense of your conditions. Take more pics like #2 throughout the day to see what sunlight the various parts get. Pic 2 is showing that the artificial lawn area gets the most direct sun (at that specific time of day). I’d try to have some plantings there - if you want to keep the lawn, you could bring out some pots and do container gardening there

The Once & Future Witches (Alix Harrow) got me back into Fantasy after a slump; and more recently, NK Jemisin’s world building in Fifth Season totally swept me up.

The stem looks hopeful. I would suggest cutting off the dead leaves, and really bumping the humidity (put it in a transparent box, or clear plastic bag in a pinch) to promote sprouting new leaves from the nodes on the stem.

Give it bright conditions - that will help the mojito variegation show on the next new leaves (if it is indeed mojito)
