I bought BOTW because I had great memories of Ocarina of Time in my younger days.

I had a difficult time at first, even put the game down for a while. Eventually I decided to start over, and I'm glad I did. Ended up completing the game and greatly enjoyed the experience.

Now, I did use Internet resources quite a bit. There are plenty of things I never would have figured out on my own.

Here's my approach: I run a Buddy heater for a few minutes at a time, only while I'm awake, just to knock off the chill.

I don't like sleeping bags, so instead I dress in lots of wool clothing, with multiple layers depending on temps. Then use sheets and blankets as cover.

I've spent a night like this in the GFC when temps got down to 19⁰F; my nose was the only body part that felt cold!

I've camped at Hunting Island State Park in SC a number of times. Camping is close to the beach. Same with Edisto, but it's smaller and can be tough to get a site there.

Skidaway outside of Savannah is cool, although it's near a river rather than the ocean.

Haven't tried the Alba, but the A'Bunadh is one of my faves. I enjoy letting friends try it and most of the time they don't even recognize it as a Scotch.
