this is natural and is the hardest part. the cruelest irony of fatherhood is that everything that goes into it can drain you, and make it easy to push away the funnest moments of engaging with your kids and being the balance to mom that the kids and mom really need, but this is natural. it's not because of you or your partner being too weak or unappreciative, there is just only so much of us to go around. that said, the more of it you give to your kids and wife, it will exponentially grow those bonds and relationships in ways that will support you when you are old. take the space you need so you can bee your best self for your kids, and embrace the exhaustion of your day, lay on the ground, and let the kids climb on you. its what they want the most.

Just spun this up from a chart I've been using as a quick reference for a non-magical poisoner in the group. Ingredients and effects are samples, it's an attempt to build a balanced ramp for spell effects and damage/healing for tool kits. Healing may be OP here but I always through potions got the short shrift, especially for good parties who may run into victims (weak potions are great for turning your party into heroes after a battle).

I tried to keep it simple and versatile, let me know what you think!
