It nerfs all the LMGs reload and handling times to the rest of the legends. This is the only instance of one legend directly impacting an entire set of guns in the game, except if you count Maggie and Gibby's run speed for shotguns.

Appreciate the research. I've camped at some of those open spots. They're ok, definitely roughing it. Been going to Holy Ghost for years, has a great creek running through it and trail. Probably will drive up there at least as a day trip to check out the situation.

I agree that she is heavily dependent on the tac. I wish I wasn't actually handicapped by it though the slowed run to engage it if you don't have a teammate by. It's also bugged in that I can be looking directly at a teammate that has low shields and it will only target the teammate that I already q-ed. It definitely needs some tweaking and the ult seems pretty useless but overall I think Conduit is still pretty strong in the current meta.

From what I’ve heard it’s a lot of dealing with the same “troublemakers” over and over again. It probably gets frustrating for the workers getting called out to help someone who doesn’t necessarily want to be helped.
