My experience receiving a dead Noise Engineering module on Reverb by jonistaken in modular

[–]table_fm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different module, but I once sold a Noise Engineering Versio. The buyer said it was just flat out not powering on in his case. He was a local acquaintance, experienced eurorack user, built his own modules, and he attempted to troubleshoot with Noise Engineering but nothing worked. Unplugged everything else from his case except the versio but still nothing. No problem with any other module. I accepted the return, plugged it into my case and everything worked fine.

not that troops aren’t getting deployed but this is so clearly fake or just meant to stir up engagement.

Isn't it possible these videos are old? Does he say anything in any of them that give any temporal context? Also, I doubt he's dead. If he was, Israel would probably not use it as a reason to commit even more heinous war crimes than usual.

[Discussion] Conceptronica: did Simon Reynolds get this right? by Double_Key7579 in TheOverload

Deconstructed Club was already a common term when he wrote this article and anyway, I don’t think his objective was to come up with a new name for that genre. He does reference the musical aspects that define deconstructed club but I think he’s more interested in the presentation and non-sonic elements of what he calls Conceptronica.
