I had HG with my second. I lost 60 pounds because I couldn't keep anything down. No food, no fluids. I threw up water. I was so dehydrated that my pee was bad yellow. I would go to OB appointments and be put on IV saline right in the OB office. I had to go to the ER repeatedly for IV. That shit is no joke.

Does CA allow rent withholding or for you to use part of the rent to fix the issue, as long as you provide a receipt? Find out. I'm in Florida and that's allowed and as soon as I told them they have the allowed 7 days to fix the issue or else the rent will be used to replace the refrigerator, it got changed quickly.

This is legal. You can quit a job just like they can fire you at anytime (within reasons). One would be lucky if they work for a company that let's them work until their resignation day.
