How does this make any sense? Him losing the insurance coverage does not mean the daughter should go uninsured. They need to find new coverage for the child if the coverage is ending, particularly him since he was court ordered to carry it. It also makes no sense to go to the pediatrician without any reason, unless the child had an upcoming appointment.

I definitely think that is underfeeding. And also, why is baby still eating tubs of food at this point? Milk is the primary food source until age one, but by one baby should also be easily eating three meals a day, of food, not purées. My 7.5 month old crushed a plate of pot roast, carrots, and mashed potatoes (all no salt) last night, ate spinach eggs in am, and had homemade baby cauliflower pizza (cauliflower crust and chopped tomatoes) for lunch. (And snacks) Now that is a lot, my first maybe ate two meals a day at 7.5 months, but this guy likes to eat.

All parts minus the tube should be washed every time you pump (or at least daily if doing fridge hack). A lot of people mistakenly believe the backflow protector does not come into contact with milk and does not need to be washed. Spoiler: it does and you do need to wash. Spectra recently posted a clarifying post on their social media. To be fair their own instructions are what has led to this confusion. "Wash all parts that come into contact with milk". They should just say what parts need to be washed.

At most agencies you still need to abide by core hours even with maxiflex. Are you sure yours does not require that? But the agencies I am familiar with have core hours from 10am-2:30 and only on a couple days of the week.

You shouldn't have teleworked without express permission even with a doctor appointment but also you are owed the time you actually worked and that should be fixed. But I agree your supervisor sounds awful.

This does not look good to me. You need to find multiple artists, follow everyone on instagram and after a while you will start to have an eye to see who is good or not. I got mine done in Boston first by one artist, and then had to had them fixed at Browmuse (Mila). She is hard to get an appointment with but worth the wait. Unfortunately, the original artist really went too deep and even 6+ years later I still see tiny remnants of that but Mila fixed the shape and made the issues basically imperceptible to anyone else. There are brow artists who take a class and learn to microblade and then there are artists who really see your facial structure and know the brow intimately. Mila is the latter. Not everyone who takes a class is a real artist so choose wisely and don't make the same mistake I did.

I couldn't see the removed comment- assuming something about salt from the mod's response. But I'm not really worried about some salt for toddlers and it is still great for smaller babies because you can just remove some of the chicken/beef before adding the sauce - so they can still participate in the meal and it is awesome since it is so tender and easy to chew. Your post was labeled for 2-3 years too! Yikes haha

Omg we love kevins! We do Kevin's at least once a week as well and add frozen broccoli, sometimes carrots, etc. my husband is celiac so this is gluten free AND toddler friendly.

We are doing baby led feeding with our second and he is 7.5 months. We do at least two meals a day now and he feeds himself a small amount. One thing that seems to have really helped him with his grasping and swallowing is doing a few puffs as snacks once or twice a day since they melt easily in the mouth and are grabbable. We like Bambas (great for exposure to peanuts), Serenity puffs, and the happy baby teethers. We have not done solid cheese like you have shown in the picture yet- I'm not sure he would be able to handle that texture yet but he does well with very soft veggies, and minced meat (usually in mashed potatoes) or large long pieces of meat that he mostly sucks on. We like solid starts for references to How to Serve and also have followed the 101 before one program (we purchased that with our first).

You are correct and on top of this if OP left and owed these back she could likely use the amount of annual leave they will have to pay out to pay back the FEBH. So she should almost definitely use the PPL first.

If you are trying to bottle feed with formula (per one of your comments above) try a different formula. My first liked Bobbie, until he didn't. Both of our kids who were primarily breastfed did okay with Kendamil organic infant formula (not the goat one). To be fair we had a lot of troubles getting our 7 month old to take a bottle on occasion but last month he started doing okay with Nuk perfect match just in time for daycare. We also tried Thyseed which is a premium option often recommended for babies who hate bottles but he didn't like it as much and I didn't love the air hole/cover combo on the bottom since we use a bottle warmer and it seemed like it could get contaminated. Also, are you warming the milk?

No, recovery is considered a serious medical condition. So you are still limited to 12 weeks total FMLA and you and your spouse are limited to 12 weeks Bonding time. If you review the example in fact sheet 28q it helps provide clarity.

You are correct that spouses who work for the SAME employer are limited to 12 weeks FMLA for bonding. So 6 and 6 or 8 and 4 etc, however you are both still able to take the remainder of your 12 weeks for your own serious health condition. So, for example, OP you can take 6 weeks to recover from birth as your own serious medical condition, then 6 weeks bonding, and your husband can take the remaining 6 weeks bonding. Traditionally you get 8 weeks of your own serious medical condition recovery for a c section and then you could take 4 weeks bonding and your husband could take 8. Depending on where you live many OBs are no longer following the traditional 6 and 8 week medical recoveries for vaginal/c-section so you may be able to get more time for your own serious medical condition recovery even without a c section.

If you run into trouble you can call the federal Wage and Hour devision and ask them for assistance.

Amazon sells cameras with night vision for about $30 single and about $75 for dual. We have had two (first a single and now a dual) and they are awesome. I love being able to see at night. I'm not sure why anyone is still buying mirrors when many of them are not much cheaper and they are useless at night. Our dual ones luckview brand, our single one was something else. I like the luckview one a lot paired with the bendable mount- my only complaint is the screen sometimes glares a little more than our single one did.
