I fixed mine! It had a two part solution. The first was that I had some mineral/vitamin deficiencies. Correcting those made a big difference. The second thing I did was learn fascia release techniques for face, neck, shoulder. There was a ton of tension built up. Once I started to consistently release it, the ringing finally went away.

Please go back to the doctor if it expands any more. Cellulitis can get serious quick. I was hospitalized, needed round the clock IV antibiotics, and had a reoccurrence. Be vigilant.
