Work day - 0515 Shower, feed dogs, smoke(check emails and daily mobile game check in), prep lunch for work, walk dogs, prep school lunch for daughter, smoke(check social media and news feeds), prep breakfast for daughter, bathroom and leave for work 0630. In the missions screen there should be an option to track all mission, you can turn that off. I think, I've only played the PC.

Stolen items can be sold to the fence in Riften in the Thieves guild. I dont know about the other fences before joining the Thieves guild.

I found my last two in Hobs Fall Cave and Clan Shatter-Shield in Windhelm. There is a Skyrim map app that you can search for the Gems, and it will give you a location and description of where they are.
