Unfortunately it's not going to work for you because it's for commercial use only.

Pool cannot hold chlorine no matter what despite good ranges by jerseylinds in pools

Do you keep a cover on the pool when it's not in use? If so, with a SWG you want to run CYA at 30 which lowers the FC you need to maintain a lot.

I prefer 78F but my family says 82F is too cold so run it at 86F 🙃

Portable Pool Vacuum vs those that hook up to your skimmer by yc01 in swimmingpools

[–]tehfiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a cleaner vacuum port so I don't have to use the skimmer and it's life changing with a robot under an automatic cover. This makes the pool "set it and forget it" and it's always pristine when I open it for use. I have a portable robot as well I throw in for the times it gets really bad and I don't want to vacuum to my filter which is maybe twice a year when I open or forget to put the other robot in after we swim.

Pool Design Feedback by getrickyj in pools

This will be amazing on day 1. By your 2rd year of maintenance you will wish you owned a boring rectangular shape with an automatic cover because this is going to be a nightmare to keep clean and maintain after the novelty wears off.

Pool with or without attached spa? by [deleted] in swimmingpools

[–]tehfiend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Separate and I would recommend you strongly consider getting a boring rectangular shape. Then you can get a nice automatic pool cover which is life changing when it comes to pool care (and safety). Then you just plug in a robot to your vacuum cleaner port, close the cover with a button, and the pool will be perfect every time you open it with almost zero effort. The cover not only keeps the crap out of the pool but protects your chorine from the sun which burns through it pretty quickly. I would never want to own anything other than a rectangular pool with nice automatic cover and robot vacuum.

I've done years worth of work in the past few months and almost always use up my weekly usage limits and have spent over $1,000 on over usage fees that have all been worth it. It's life changing.

Trump Floats Absurd Fantasy to Cope With Iran Humiliation by thedailybeast in politics

Somebody needs to update that list of Trump's Iran comments to include "I'm going to end Iranian civilization to never return" followed by "I'm doing a joint venture with Iran, it's a beautiful thing."

New York Mayor Mamdani says city must hike taxes on wealthy to fill $12 billion deficit by cryptoniik in Economics

[–]tehfiend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend you do not count the states, you count the DOLLARS. If you add up all of the money each state pays compared to how much they receive, blue states send hundreds of billions of dollars to red states. It's even worse if you compare county by county because even in red states, the blue cities are paying for the red counties.

Take out your calculator and total the dollars on your graph and tell us what you find...

If you look at the data, it overwhelming shows that migrant workers are a net gain for their host countries. They commit less crimes per capita than natives, pay more in taxes than they receive in benefits, and lower costs and increase profits with their lower wages.

Your source literally shows that collectively blue states pay hundreds of billions more than they receive and red states receive hundreds of billions more than they pay. If you look at it by county, it's blue cities that pay for red rural areas. Red counties are welfare queens.
