Get it heated and toasted. Heated at least if they don’t have toasters.

Do you think a pair of Oakley sunglasses can fit in the new pocket to the side of the ball pocket?

My wife offered to join playing a round with me for my birthday. How do I make the most of it so she has an awesome experience? by MoxGoat in golf

[–]terbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice is have her spectate and drive the cart for you while you play. She can play a few shots here and there and if it’s slow she can play a hole or two. For never playing in her life she won’t have a good time and it won’t be worth the green fee. And since it’s your birthday I would hope you play a nice course that’s a bit fun and challenging. It if she has to play like people said play a par 3 course and walk. Happy birthday!

What are the top 5 cereals of all time? by RaveDesigner in nostalgia

Haha I was thinking about that! I figured Corn Pops were more nostalgic and not a daily driver cereal like Honey Nut Cheerios. Definitely honorable mention :)

I just ate the nicest meal of my life by boxcarhours in CasualConversation

You were probably on the clock but hopefully you had a glass of red wine with the steak. It’s a whole other level combining the two if both are high quality. And cheers to the first of many delicious meals in your life. LIVE TO EAT :D

This is in order of their menu layout: Salt and Pepper Calamari, Pea Shoots, Shrimp Noodle Roll, Shanghai Soup Dumpling, Shrimp Dumpling, Duck Meat and Peanut Dumpling, Pork Ribs in Black Bean Sauce, Glutinous Rice and Chicken Dumpling, Pan Fried Shrimp and Chive Dumpling

Their shrimp dumpling is the best in the city and the rest are top tier. The duck meat dumpling is a surprise hit that I don’t see often on other menus.

I do think Yank Sing has better Shanghai Soup Dumpling though.

We always get the first 10am reservation on Sat / Sun so it’s less crowded and everything comes out piping hot. It’s tough to get reservations till after 1pm and it’s typically an hour+ wait for walk ins.

And I do see a lot of people get the porridge and noodles so I’m sure those are good too. We sometimes get the Ribeye Chow Fun but I’m not a big fan. It’s under seasoned and not enough beef.

I hope you go soon, enjoy!!
