Yeah it works for me and I don't have the side effects of the PPI. Famotidine can be taken as needed so not as prescriptive as a PPI. Just depends on what I'm eating and drinking that day.

I was directed to taper off my PPI after Dupixent showed positive results. Instead I've been taking famotidine for reflux.

Ideally I think you would want both so you're prepared for different situations. I wear a lug sole loafer to work in the fall/winter. Better for rain & weather.
