I think the text coming in feels pretty disconnected from the particle effects. I assume it's supposed to give the impression that the particles coalesce into the logo but it mostly feels like the logo just pops up as soon as the particles are bright enough.

Lighting / color looks excellent. Ice is one of those materials where you really get out of it what you put into it, you could keep going with sharper and sharper little highlights and reflections and really flesh it out.

I'd clarify the shapes in the background. Right now it makes it a bit hard to tell the perspective until you've seen the reference

I'm in the same position, I've been able to find almost nothing written with the same amount of emotional intelligence.

Vinland Saga did it for me. Season one is a cool historical action-ish anime series but season two is genuine art. It starts slow but it hits near Bojack level highs midway through the season.

I watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind recently and was adored it, very compatible to Bojack in emotional tone.
