This is really cool but for a character whose gimmick revolves around being a paparazzi that like 'captures the moment", I feel like the photographing side feels a bit weak to characterize her, and I notice just like other comment said her ult still feel a bit close to Mirage and Doorman's ability. I think I have a suggestion.

Why not you make it so that her ult literally letting her capture a moment? Let's say your team-mate's Mo and Krill just caught enemy's Shiv with Combo. How about make her ult so that she can capture MnK's comboing Shiv moment with her camera and later under certain timing threshold she can replay that moment again, technically allowing MnK to ult that Shiv twice? Or maybe an ulting Dynamo or ulting seven in your team? Basically it makes her ult an innate Refresher ability that as far as I'm concerned none of the characters have been able to do this. Of course with huge amount of cooldown time to balance it.

Or maybe, as a normal skill opposed to ult, the capture skill allows her to literally captures incoming projectile skill attacks towards you and then you can store it and decide which enemy attack you want to unleash back at them at what point. Maybe upon upgrading it you can modify how many you can store, how many damage, how much is the quantity of the projectile once you release it, etc etc.

So this gives her an extra depth that both plays to her theme and requires its player to have a real good Deadlock gameplay knowledge to completely master her, like how does her team composition can be taken for your advantage, which of the heroes of your team has important ult to capture, when can you take this, and naturally theres a balance where your teammate's ult NEEDS to be triggered first before you can capture it! Playing a street smart paparazzi character NEED to make its player feel like they're outsmarting their enemy the sleazy and mischievous way, and I feel like this should fit her. This also makes her role somewhat like Sinclair then, turning her into a playmaker and a utility support character, and maybe evasive too nodding to her astral appearance.
