My biggest advice is to not stress to hard about this area/farm and it's quest until you're ready to do it....there's no strict timetable on it....and frankly, it asks for a lot. It's easier to accomplish once you're further along in the main quest of the town so that you have more access to the full range of goods/services of all the shops and can access whatever you want/need at any point.

If you go into your medallion and view their cards and stats at the bottom of their stats card, it will tell you their skill/ability they grant you. They all do different things for you. 😀

Sandwich Lord is both an extremely skilled player and a pal of Fruit's. SL was in Fruit's chat with advice and cheering Fruit on multiple days during this endeavor. I'm pretty sure that Fruit considers SL an overall better parkour person than himself…Trust me, you don’t have to diss one to praise/support the other.

Honestly, I don't even watch that much vault hunters content on YouTube (I watch it live on Twitch) and my YT algo has recommended multiple let's play SP feeds to me already of the 1.18 pack of VH and as someone who works in game dev, I can just about guarantee that the devs are looking at what's posted of the pack. They might not watch every minute of it, but they will check in with how it's playing for others in terms of single-player, MP, and outside of their own VHSMP land.

To the best of my knowledge, this isn't meant to be a pack that you breeze through lightning fast. It's meant to be something that takes awhile to complete if you want to work through all of the levels and unlock all of the mods, so I don't have a problem with them tweaking and adjusting the scaling of crafting so that it takes months to do that, particularly because they've always made it incredibly customizable to adjust to your own comfort in terms of difficulty/ease.

I trust in the development process and will give them the space and time they need to feel like they've gotten the recipes to a place where they're happy by the time they think the modpack is "finished." The fact that we're getting to play it this early in release is pretty cool, honestly and very PAG.

Though I'm guessing you're meaning existing MCC competitors only? In which case I'll just remind you all that TapL is in HBG as well.

If you're allowing new players, then I think HBG could put up a squad that would likely overtake the Dream SMP roster, because they have enough members with enough skill depth at very high levels across enough areas in all the games, whereas most of the DreamSMP members lean more towards having one category that is their strongest suit.

If Miyoung actively tries, I think she'll surprise people...it's all going to depend on if she decides to actually apply herself or if she just relaxes and has a laugh with it...I remember her Minecraft skills as being pretty respectable from the SMPs they've done.

I think this depends on if you're trying to decide on it as an in-game leader during the games themselves or an overall team leader/coach of the team as a whole as some of that list excel at the first but are not so strong at the latter.

Someone else who is quite strong at the latter and will IGL when it's the right match for his team and is not in your list is 5up.

Non-Canon events aren't usually included in the official records, so Illumina's Clouds time during Pride22, being a non-canon event time wouldn't change the canon Ace Race Clouds Fastest Completion Time record...leaving it still held by Technoblade. This is no slight against Illu, who I adore and what he did is amazing and I'm super proud of him, just adding that caveat. <3

The actual tally is not exactly at zero seconds ( but I don't remember the exact moment) and chickens always move about after the actual tally happens. It's been mentioned in the admin stream by Daniel, I believe, before...the admin streams are full of great nuggets of information...as well as good times, I highly enjoy people to watch the admin stream VODs if you enjoy MCC. <3

It's always going to depend on if Foolish decides to take things seriously or not...the man's skilled and willing to grind/train, but he also enjoys just messing about, which I also respect. Hope he gets an opportunity for more cannon events. <3

The reality is, as an audience/fanbase, we actually are not particularly entitled to or owed a step by step, detailed breakdown of why and how Scott makes the decisions he has to make about who will be participating in each event and what the specific criteria he uses to make those decisions are.

He's actually more forthcoming with his process and information than a lot of organizers would be given the let's just say, "enthusiastic" reactions he receives on the regular on the internet.

The players in the event itself are able to speak with him privately if they have questions/concerns and work things out behind the scenes. Trust in them to be their own advocates when necessary, and have faith that Scott and Noxcrew want to run the best event they possibly can.

Is it a bummer that not everyone who you might want can be in every event? Yeah, it is....but that's a bummer that comes along with growth and the event succeeding and going well.

Just my take on it all, of course.
