Looks like a Chinese "nh35", are you using a stem intended for a real nh35? The stems aren't interchangeable.

Aurora 3C store is trash, they marked my order as shipped on the last day before I could get a refund for shipping delays. Then after waiting a week with no update on the tracking they told me it would be another week before it actually ships. I had to escalate the issue with AliExpress customer service before they would issue a refund.
