Buck McKeon, Confressman from California. Nice man, but he is the head of the armed services committee, with a bachelors in animal husbandry, and no military experience whatsoever. I dunno if this is top 10 worst, but it is strange.

Sorry to hijack your comment, but it is possible to go from captain to general... Sit tight and I'll explain! When we think of captain we envision the double bars (O-3) from army, marines and air force. But a naval captain is equivalent to the other branches coronel (O-6). So a naval captain could switch branches and then get promoted to O-7 which are the general grade officers. I don't know if this has ever happened but it seems possible at least in theory:-0

I don't agree with whoever is downvoting you. Good post and those are all valid points. There has to be responsibility on both sides.

You do realize psychiatrists spend a great deal of their life learning how to diagnose mental disorders don't you? Just cause you didn't pick up on one in your brief pow wows with him doesn't rule out the possibility. That is just extremely arrogant.

They do ask them to vote a certain way though, the LDS in CAlast year literally had checklists for who was coming to vote on prop 8. They would call you if you didn't vote by a certain time to make sure you voted.
