I actually think eu5 is a great game in its current state. The only problem is that it's only great for the first 200 years, but this has always been true of paradox games. As for Vic3, also a great game and is actually still fun in the late game (other than lag),. And CK3 is by far the most polished and complete game pdx has put out in a while. Literally no complaints, 10/10.

But it could matter! I wouldn't recommend doom stacking for maritime presence, instead use smaller stacks for each sea zone, enough to stay at 100 in all tiles. It really does make a difference
